About Me

My name is Tsuri Bar Yehuda. I am a digital artist and a student of philosophy.

My core premise is that we currently radically misapprehend metaphysical and moral reality, especially consciousness, time, physical matter, and the foundations of moral thought. I try to synthesize some of my philosophical and artistic ideas into cohesive forms of perception, and I view my work as a means of transporting these forms. I call this somewhat suspicious endeavor visual thinking.

A common misconception is that we stand near a peak in our scientific and self-understanding. For instance, we often look back on earlier periods in history with a sense of distance and advancement. I believe nothing could be further from the truth. Our current picture of reality is likely to appear deeply flawed in the centuries to come.

My ambition is to contribute, in however small a way, to that future transformation in understanding, to pull the future back, as close to the present as possible.

I love meeting new people, collaborating and discussing new ideas, so feel free to reach out.

Thank you for being here.
